For too long, dancers have been discouraged from lifting weights in fear that it would ruin flexibility or aesthetics.​ The truth is, strength training is essential to meet the demands of dance, develop potential, and prevent injury.

If we haven't met yet, I'm Lizzy. As a 'late-starter' in ballet, I experienced a lot of pain and frustration trying to catch up. Despite investing significant time and energy in cross-training, I still struggled with persistent injuries and dance goals - like higher extensions or better pirouettes -  that always felt out of reach.

Now, as a strength and conditioning coach, I can see the gaps my training left behind. I understand the power of strength training to unlock athletic potential and enhance dance performance. I'm on a mission to make these resources accessible to dancers everywhere
