  • What does the program include?
    It includes the following 5 modules: Introduction (how to use the program for best results) Essential training principles (volume, intensity, progressive overload, etc.) Basic movement pattern tutorials (how to squat, hinge, push, and pull) Strength workouts (3x sessions with compound lifts and accessory exercises) Bonus content (3-part warm up guide, flexibility session, PDF summary of course content) You will also have access to 1:1 email support with me (Lizzy - hi there!)
  • Do I need a gym membership?
    No! The workouts have been designed to be suitable for both home and gym users.
  • What equipment do I need?
    The workouts feature a mix of bodyweight and loaded exercises. The main equipment you'll need are dumbbells and a resistance band, though at-home substitutes are provided if you don't have access.
  • What if I need help during the program?
    I'm here to help! I want you to feel confident in your movement journey. If you have any questions about the program along the way, simply send me an email (hello@dancewithlizzy.com) and I'll be in touch. This includes feedback on exercise form, personalizing the workouts to your dance schedule, and any other support you may need.
  • How do the payments work?
    There's a once-off payment of $70 (USD). The program is designed with progressions and can be used over a training cycle of 8+ weeks and the price includes any personal coaching support you might need along the way. Payments are securely processed via PayPal.
  • Do you provide refunds?
    Due to the on-demand nature of the content, we're unable to offer refunds. If you're unhappy with the course for any reason, please reach out to hello@dancewithlizzy.com
